The Secretary position is open. If you would like to serve, email info@hvbca.org. Per the bylaws, officers must have been paid members for at least one year.
How the board works
- Elections: members elect officers each November. New officers take office in January and serve one-year terms, with no term limit (Bylaws Art. IV).
- Who sits on the board: the current officers plus the presidents from the previous three years.
- Who can vote: each member in good standing has one vote, once they have been a paid member for 90 days.
- Committees: Membership, Communications, Events, Program (led by the Vice President) and Valley Vision. See Get Involved to join one.

Come to a meeting. Your first two visits are free.
Lunch is at noon on the 3rd Wednesday of every month, at Hardin Valley Church of Christ. Members join for $50 a year.
