Team Up to Clean Up (fall)
Saturday, November 7, 2026, 10 am–12 pm, at Hardin Valley Food City.
Gather at the Hardin Valley Food City to register and pick up your supplies. Registration begins at 9:30 am. We will find a good spot for you to work on Hardin Valley roads and school grounds.
We provide all of the supplies (thanks to the Keep Knoxville Beautiful Adopt-A-Road program), and Food City provides snacks. Service hours are available, so bring your service hour form for signature. Knox County Sheriff deputies will be in the area to help keep everyone safe.
All minors need to attend with a parent, legal guardian or chaperone. Families, students, individuals, teams: everyone is welcome!

Who hosts HVBCA community events?
The Hardin Valley Business and Community Alliance is a volunteer-run group of Hardin Valley businesses and residents, founded in 2021. Members plan events like Team Up to Clean Up and Light Up the Valley so neighbors can meet each other and the Valley looks its best. Member businesses sponsor them, and everyone is welcome.
To help plan the next one, come to a member meeting on the 3rd Wednesday at noon, or see ways to get involved.
Come to a meeting. Your first two visits are free.
Lunch is at noon on the 3rd Wednesday of every month, at Hardin Valley Church of Christ. Members join for $50 a year.
