Membership questions

When does my membership year run?

Membership follows the calendar year, January through December. Dues are payable by March 31.

Do I have to come to every meeting?

No. Come when you can. Meetings are the 3rd Wednesday of every month at noon and end by 1 pm.

What if I pay by check?

Bring your check, payable to HVBCA, to the next monthly meeting and hand it to a board member. Your listing goes live once the treasurer records it.

Will my phone number be published?

No. The phone and email in the "About you" section are for the board only. The directory shows only the business details you choose to list.

Can I change my listing later?

Yes. Sign in with your email anytime to update your details, swap your logo, add people or turn automatic renewal on or off.
