Member meetings are on the 3rd Wednesday of every month, 12–1 pm, at Hardin Valley Church of Christ, 11515 Hardin Valley Rd. Lunch is provided by our monthly business sponsor, and your first two visits are free.

What happens at a member meeting?

Meetings start at noon and end by 1 pm, following the order of business in the HVBCA bylaws:

  1. Lunch, provided by that month's business sponsor
  2. Welcome and introductions of new members and guests
  3. Treasurer's report and local updates from government and school leaders
  4. The Business Spotlight, where one member business introduces itself
  5. Committee reports and new business
  6. The guest speaker
  7. A door-prize drawing, with prizes donated by members
